Internationally-sponsored Workshop to be preceded by two-day Residential Mechanical Ventilation Course for contractors and technicians
Des Plaines, Ill. (Sept. 29, 2009) – The 2010 HVACR & Plumbing Instructor Workshop, focusing on “Advancing Green Mechanical Concepts,” will be held March 24-26, 2010, at the National Conference Center in Lansdowne, Va.
The internationally-sponsored Workshop is now – for the first time this year – being sponsored in part by the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI). Through the SkillTech Academy, HRAI is also sponsoring a certification course just prior to the Instructor Workshop on March 22 and 23. /p>
The Residential Mechanical Ventilation Installation Course, designed for contractors, technicians and building professionals involved with the design and installation of residential mechanical ventilation systems including heat and energy recovery ventilators, will cover the fundamentals of air quality assessment and system design, requirements and installation. Additionally, attendees of the course can qualify for 16 hours of continuing education credits towards NATE recertification.
This two-day course is being fully sponsored by HRAI, including exclusive no-charge registration and complimentary two-night lodging for registrants. More information about registration for this course will be available in the near future.
